About WER
World Emergency Relief (WER) is an international development charity which works to address the needs of vulnerable and disadvantaged children living all over the world.
Working in close partnership with local leaders in over 20 countries across Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe, Central America and the Caribbean Basin, WER supports a range of long-term development projects, including education, orphanages and healthcare, which are bringing life-changing hope to children and their families living in poverty.
In times of crisis, WER sends food, medical support and emergency aid to the world’s most vulnerable children caught in the midst of disasters and tragedies. Even before news of an emergency has hit the headlines, WER is hard at work ensuring that life-saving aid is able to reach children and their families who are in desperate need of assistance. By working together with local and international agencies, we are able to ensure that the right help is given in the right places - and the lives of more children are saved.
In an emergency there is no time to lose.
With your donation to red e, the on-line emergency giving facility of WER, you can play a vital role in rushing life-saving supplies to children and their families – immediately.
Please visit www.wer-uk.org for further up-to-date information on WER’s work around the world, or call the WER team on 0870 429 2129 – we’ll be only too happy to hear from you!
Thank you for supporting WER in giving children a living a chance.
